Overview
I developed an intuitive and robust dashboard for Wave CRM, designed to help organisations manage member relationships effectively. The project reflects my work on user-centric CRM tools that offer real-time insights and seamless engagement.
Objective
Create a centralised platform where organisations can see member activity in real time, track communication and manage engagements efficiently, with a full suite of member-management features.
Key features
- Overview of balance, profit, sales, new customers, income and expenses, with a sales report
- Top-selling products and top customers at a glance
- Kanban task board with In Progress, On Hold, In Review and Approved columns
- Team directory with each member's role and quick email and call actions
- Built-in chat with recent conversations and contacts
